How to Measure for Catcher's Gear

1. Catcher's Helmet

Using a flexible measuring tape, measure around the widest part of the head, approximately 2.5 cm (1 inch) above the eyebrows.

2. Chest Protector

Measure from the bottom of the throat/collarbone down to just past the belly button.

Measure from the centre of the knee down to the top of the foot.
